I’m making that taco salad you love even though I’ve never expressed a taste for it and I don’t want to tell her I hate it because she made it with love, but even all the pure mother love in the world couldn’t help this soggy, salty monstrosity. Just seeing this video makes me hungry because I know I’m not going to be eating anything at dinner time. Looks good to me but I would use tortilla chips instead of Doritos. I would use peach mango salsa as a dressing. Unless you like soggy chips never add the chips all at once, add them on a per serving basis. Also, let the meat cool down, hot lettuce isn’t appetizing in the least.

I sat with my graphic designer for 2 days straight until we came up with this design. I drove back to SD and was ready for day 2. By the end of the day we were once again sold out. I was exhausted but euphoric about the success. I once again drove back, printed all night and returned in the morning for the final day.
