When she cried and cried, we let the tears come out, I felt she needed the relief. I am glad I stood by my daughter when most weren’t. I am also glad the worst is over and she can finally be herself again. Her new teacher totally understands her. I try to always remember that and I pray that every teacher my son encounters will remember that too. Some days are more difficult than others with high schoolers.  And always remember you could make a difference by demonstrating, showing, reacting and above all loving.
