But, in my final two years at Brown, I remembered. Only because I stopped trying to please this university. I stopped trying to please people. I started remembering who I was, and who I wanted to be. I do not regret leaving my reservation and I do not regret going to Brown. What I regret is not listening and giving myself to the ancestors. My dear family and friends, please remember who you are, who you have always been, and who you want to be. The ancestors love you. They love us and will guide us. Just remember yourself and them.

I sat with my graphic designer for 2 days straight until we came up with this design. I drove back to SD and was ready for day 2. By the end of the day we were once again sold out. I was exhausted but euphoric about the success. I once again drove back, printed all night and returned in the morning for the final day.
